3 — Data Retention and Ownership
Your firm owns its project data. It stays in your tenant, isolated from other customers. On termination you can export it, and we delete it on the schedule in your agreement. We don't train models on your content or use it to serve other customers.
4 — Information Sharing
Subprocessors required to run the service (hosting, email), under contract
Disclosure required by law or valid legal process
No sale of customer data, ever
No sharing with other customers, including aggregated or anonymized
5 — Data Retention
Account data: kept for the life of your subscription
Project data and lessons: kept until you delete it or terminate
Backups: purged within 30 days of deletion
Security and access logs: 12 months
Support correspondence: 24 months
After termination: 30-day export window, then permanent deletion
